Patient Satisfaction Survey

At Shire Court Dental Practice we want to ensure that we listen to our patients and to improve on areas where this may be required.  We recently undertook a patient survey* and the results are below:

Appearance:

Inside 95% said it was either very good or good

Outside 79% felt it was either very good or good

Waiting Room relaxing/welcoming 95% said it was

Staff

Reception friendly/efficient  100% felt they were

Dental Nurses/Hygienists: friendly/caring/helpful/reassuring 100% said they were

Dentists:helpful/caring/friendly 100% felt they were

Dentist explains sufficiently what treatment needs to be done 100% felt they did

Confident about the quality of treatment being provided 100% felt confident

Patient Information:

Sufficient dental leaflets 100% felt there was

Appointments:

Is it easy to book appointments 100% felt it was

Length of time to wait for future appointments acceptable 100% said it was

Payment for Treatment:

Is cost fully explained 100% said yes

Complaints:

Aware of the complaints procedure 58% were not aware – A notice is  now displayed in the Practice Waiting area

Have you complained in the last year – 100% said No

Would you recommend practice to others 100% said yes
