At Shire Court Dental Practice we want to ensure that we listen to our patients and to improve on areas where this may be required. We recently undertook a patient survey* and the results are below:

Aware of the complaints procedure 70% were not aware – A notice is displayed in the Practice Waiting area
Have you complained in the last year – 100% said No
Would you recommend practice to others 100% said yes
Additional Comments from patients
All staff very friendly, helpful and very well run practice, professional team, great service, they know what they are doing, very convenient position, recommended by a friend, excellent dentists and hygienists with many years of experience brilliant, level of quality and professionalism from the dentist is exceptional, would recommend. Reminder texts great.
Often when I phone the answer machine is on and it takes a while to get through to receptionist – This has been reviewed, answer machine is only on when at lunch or when receptionist is dealing with another patient. We will continue to look at ways of improving this
Ladies toilet needs updating – Both Ladies and Gents toilets have been updated
